Actress 0rchita Sparshia was away from shooting due to illness. She recently recovered and started shooting for a web series. She has joined the serial ‘Bachelor Point Season-5’ directed by Kajal Arefin Ami.
Producer Ami had hinted at the addition of a new character to the serial through a post on Facebook a few days ago. Ami shared a poster of Sparshia’s character look yesterday evening and said that Sparshia is the new surprise of Bachelor Point.
Regarding joining Bachelor Point, Sparshia said, ‘For a few years, I was doing more work in serious genres. I wanted to get out of that and do something fun-comedy or colorful, so that I could connect with more viewers. When I got a call from the Bachelor Point team, I immediately said yes. I have not worked with Ami Bhai before. Hopefully, our collaboration will increase the joy of the viewers.’
Kajal Arefin Ami said, ‘Male characters are seen more in the Bachelor Point serial. In comparison, female characters are less. Due to the needs of the story, I felt that more new characters were needed in Season Five, so Sparshiya has been added. Whether anyone will pair up with Sparshiya or how happy her character will be, viewers will understand by watching the next episodes of Season Five.’
The promotion of Bachelor Point 5 started on Eid-ul-Adha. Tausif Mahbub returned to Bachelor Point after five years in the new season. Marzuk Russell, Ziaul Haque Palash, Chashi Alam, Mishu Sabbir, Shamima Nazneen, Erfan Mridha Shiblu, Saidur Rahman Pavel, Abdullah Rana, Monira Mithu, etc. have played other characters in the serial. Eight new episodes of Bachelor Point were released yesterday on the OTT platform Banga.
